TRX

The TRX Suspension Training is a unique training tool that allows you to use your own body weight and gravity as resistance.  While simple in design, this tool allows you to combine and recreate entire body movements and motions that functionally engage your core and other major muscle groups involved in specific movements.  TRX Suspension Training is great for those who want to develop lean muscle, build muscle, and lose weight. Boot Camp

is a type of group physical training program. Training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions finish with stretching. Contact our Bootcamp Class Instructor to learn more and sign up.

Full Body Circuit Training

is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Our trainers each have their own take on utilizing circuits. Meet our trainers to choose who will work with you!

Kettle Bell,

offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

Kettlebells also make traditional dumbbell moves more challenging. Their weight isn’t evenly distributed, so your stabilizer muscles have to work harder. Add definition to your shoulders and back; tone your butt, core, and arms. All of our trainers have experience with Kettlebells. Meet our trainers to choose who will work with you!
